Subject: Thank You
Hi Beverly, I wanted to drop you a line to say
thank you again for class yesterday. It was without a doubt the most
informative, in depth and comprehensive seminar I’ve ever attended.
I told my wife (Kristiana), that Beverly had my
attention from go and she never lost it. Lily and I were mentally
exhausted from hanging on every word you spoke. The materials you
provided was worth more than the fee you charged; it’s gold!!
J
I’ll contact your secretary and schedule an
appointment to go over your communication needs we discussed in
class.
Thank you again for the wonderful class and I
look forward to working with you as a student and a client of Anderson

Comments (General)
Just a super event!
Facility was very cold
Best ever! Congratulations!
It was clear that many details were well planned. Jan & committee were
superb
Registration online poor ‐ not able to pay
Outstanding!
Timing of service needs improvement: speakers wer served nearly last
First time attendee but I will be back
WOW! So glad I participated!
Jan ‐ you're totally awesome!!!
This was the best ‐ kudos to all involved!
PayPal was a problem
PayPal didn't care for. Had issues with it wanting to charge more
Beverly was outstanding. Nice facility, but venue was very cold and
meal service was so‐so. Food
was fair.
Loved the banquet! Lots of hard work & it showed in how WELL it came
off!
Excellent! Best Yet!
Comments (Leadership Seminar)
Early comments were a bit discouraging. Glad we got to some
positives
Seminar felt more like a CEU class on psychology than a lead‐in for
the Power Your Dreams
banquet. We covered male/female psyche but not a bit about achievign
ind goals.
Good topic for another meeting ‐ not so relevant for this one. Love
Dr. Laura & she is very
knowledgeable. I just didn't get the boost I was looking for.
I'd prefer a bit more interaction & less lecture for a workshop
Wonderful! Exceeded my expectations! Beautifully done!
Too negative, not very inspiring
Climate ‐ a little cold
Very informative and enjoyable seminar
Table was pretty confusing & hard to see the board. Seminar very cold
Wasn't able to attend ‐ heard positive feedbackEvaluations

Subject: Follow up from Veteran's Conference
Good
morning, Beverly!
I
was so pleased to see you at the National Veterans Conference. It was
only a few years ago when I first met you at your Riverside workshop,
and the inspiring words from that workshop had a real positive affect
on me. I was able to lead my company’s management and marketing, as
I shared with you, to the next level and experienced some major
successes – especially in the federal market. What a huge leap for
us! Now, we are looking to expand even more, hoping these challenging
economic times don’t preclude us from doing so.
As
you are local to us here in Los Angeles county, it would be great to
get together with you when time permits. Let me know when you might
have time for this!
Hope
your evening reception for Veterans went well!
Sincerely,
Sandy

Good Morning Mrs. Kuykendall,
I was a pleasure meeting you at the small business expo in Atlantic
City.
The information you shared at your workshop was so valuable to me that
I am currently restructuring my strategic plan to implement your
strategy.
As a small business owner I attend many of the workshops given in the
New Jersey/Philadelphia area, this was the first time I received
information tangible enough that I wanted to put it to use
immediately. I can't tell you how many business professionals told me
not emphasize my minority status.
Mrs. Kuykendall you revealed to me how to leverage my status to get a
greater return. Thank you.
If in the future you find a need for my construction services in the
New Jersey/ Philadelphia area, please feel free to contact me directly

Subject: Alliance Mid Atlantic Conference
Hi Beverly,
I attended the Alliance Mid Atlantic Conference on Wednesday, and
attended
your "Making Dollar and Sense of Small Business.." session. I found
your
energy contagious and your dialogue engaging. I represent a large
business
and agreed with your points. I hope the small businesses that
attended
your session will run with your 3 points ROI, Strategic Marketing
Advantage
and Increm Increase in Market Share. I have been leading up supplier
diversity at my company, for 7 years and a very small number of small
business know how to sell themselves. I have coached many that have
asked
why they were not chosen....which is rewarding in its own right, esp
when
they stay in touch and share success stories.
I just wanted to introduce myself. I am the Director of Supplier
Diversity, here at VWR International. VWR is committed to
contributing to
a sustainable competitive advantage in the markets we serve by
integrating
minority, women, veteran owned, disabled-owned, 8A, Labor Surplus and
HUBZone businesses into our strategic sourcing process and providing
these
businesses with a solid foundation for building capacity to capture
significant growth opportunities.

I
just wanted to say thank you for taking the time out of your busy
schedule and sharing your knowledge with us yesterday. As someone
who is very new to the world of the federal government contract
and solicitation process I learned a lot from your afternoon
session about the process in the short time I was there.
Unfortunately, I had a matchmaking session before and immediately
afterwards so I didn't get to sit through the entire session. I
know there is much more to learn and I wanted to ask you if it
would be OK to reach out to you with any additional questions I
may have? I wish I could of thanked you personally unfortunately,
I didn't get a chance to.
Also, I had one follow-up question you had mentioned something
about a conference that takes place I think in CA which is geared
towards government contracting officers and end users would you be
able to give me the name of that conference again? Is it a
conference anyone can attend or do you have to be a government
employee?
Please feel free to respond at your convenience.
Yours very truly,

Beverly:
On behalf of the
Bridging Partnerships Planning Committee, we would like to thank you
so much in helping make this year's event such an success! We have
heard nothing but outstanding comments from everyone who heard your
presentation. From our surveys of attendees, your presentation was
rated the "best of the event" and, to many, the best they had ever
heard! We have heard that many people were disappointed that they
were unable to attend your session, including myself who did not get
the opportunity to meet you!
We are really
hoping that you would consider returning next year for this event.
Thank you again.

It was a pleasure to see you again as well Beverly! Your presentation
was EXCELLENT and your passion for the Small Business Program is
crystal clear. The survey results that received back for your session
all scored at 5 out of 5! A perfect score! As we plan for the SB
Symposium for 2007, I hope that you would consider being a speaker
once again. next year's event will NOT be on a Friday so we would
expect a better attendance---normally we have about 600
attendees---with DOE choosing to hold the event this year on a Friday
we had about half. :(
Thanks again and I look forward to our paths crossing again in the
near future!

Thank you for making the trip to Texas. I know your time may have
been better spent elsewhere, but we do appreciate your efforts. I
will be following up with Austin Community College and Central Texas
College to better determine their diversity goals. I will keep you
in the loop as we uncover this information.
In the meantime, would you please contact Eddie Reyes at the
University of
North Texas? He is in charge of their HUB program and may be able
to utilize our mentor-protege status. FYI, we just secured a
$130,000 project with UNT utilizing TCPN.
In the future,
Russ Pierce and I plan to take a tiger team into UNT and present
more or less the same message that we delivered today. The
difference will be that the audience will include administration,
purchasing and facilities. If Mr. Reyes can further our efforts, we
would like to get him involved as well. Once you talk to him, we
can discuss whether you think this is a good account to pursue from
a diversity standpoint.
Please call me
with any questions or comments, and thanks in advance for your
assistance.

Dear Beverly,
Thank
you so veiy much for taking your time to be a speaker at
Alliance Texas,
June 29th
at the Gaylord Texan Resort.
Your participation was a true enhancement to our conference. The
extra time and effort you have put into your presentation is very
much
appreciated. We know that it took time away from your own jobs, but
it is much
appreciated.
The conference was very well received. Preliminary feedback
indicates that everyone
who
took the time gained more information than they could digest in one
day. This is
due, in no small part, to the efforts of our
speakers.
Again, thank you for your taking time out to highlight information
for small businesses
that help us stay competitive.

Hi
all,
I just wanted to let you all know that Beverly Kuykendall was
absolutely sensational in her presentation at KTP VOBE last week. We
do not have fully compiled critiques yet but it’s our opinion that
Beverly
will
be the highest rated of all 16 sessions at VOBE. The attendees in her
session were glued to every word she spoke. Just thought you’d like
to know how well she represented Tremco and what an asset you have in
her.
